At The Body Shop, we want you to love your naturally-inspired products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 45 days. Items must be in their original condition, though we understand some products may have been lightly sampled.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Products
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are secure to prevent damage during transit, and include your original packing slip.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
